A raw and powerful 21 day challenge that follows the real moon, building with her to the full moon, letting go with her as she wanes, and starting fresh with her on the new moon.
We claim our power.
We clear the crap.
We create the woman we're becoming.
You will not be the same woman at the end of this.

This is a 21 day challenge that brings you back into your body, your power, and your truth.
We move with the moon.
We shift with the energy.
We remember who we are.
Over the 21 days you will get:
• Journaling prompts that hit deep.
• Movement practices that reconnect you to your body.
•Breathwork sessions that shift your energy.
No fluff. No pretending.
No “love and light” bullshit.
Just real power, real regulation, and real reconnection.

1. Sign up
It's $33 for the full 21 day challenge, and the first 10 women to register get in completely free... so don't wait.
2. Watch your welcome video
Before we begin you'll get a welcome video from me that walks you through the moon, the three phases, and exactly how to get the most out of the next 21 days. Watch it once, and come back to it whenever you need grounding.
3. Check your email
Every piece of content lands straight in your inbox each day. Your journaling, movement and breathwork practices arrive like clockwork, so you'll never miss a step.
4. Join the WhatsApp group
This is where the real magic happens. Daily reminders, group energy and accountability, plus extra micro challenges, random giveaways, and a space to share your wins, your releases and your breakthroughs.
5. Show up for 10 mins x 3 simple practices each day
One journal prompt, one movement practice, one breathwork session. That's it. No overwhelm and no massive time commitment, just a consistent energy shift every single day.
6. Finish on the new moon
Day 21 falls on the new moon, and your final journal prompt, movement and breathwork are all about locking in everything you've claimed, cleared and created.
This day means a lot to me. 9 November is the anniversary of losing my husband, and every year it asks me whether I'm going to fall apart or keep going.
This year I get to answer it knowing every woman in this challenge is showing up for herself on that same day.
7. Let the transformation happen
You don't need to be perfect and you don't need to keep up with anyone else.
You just need to show up, even on the messy days.
Trust the process, trust yourself, and you'll feel the shift in your body, your energy, your confidence and your clarity.
🌓 PHASE ONE: CLAIM
20 to 26 October
Moon: First Quarter → Waxing Gibbous → Full Moon
This is your power week, and it builds as the moon does.
No warm ups and no easing in, we go straight into remembering who you actually are, and we finish the week on the full moon standing in all of it.
This week is about claiming your worth, your desires, your boundaries, your energy, and your space in the world.
🌗 PHASE TWO: CLEAR
27 October to 2 November
Moon: Waning Gibbous → Last Quarter
Now we go down with her.
This is the raw week, the honest week, the week the old shit loosens its grip.
As the moon lets go of her light, you let go of what you've been carrying.
This week is about clearing grief, fear, old identities, expectations and emotional heaviness.
🌑 PHASE THREE: CREATE
3 to 9 November
Moon: Waning Crescent → New Moon (9 November)
This is where it all comes together. The fresh start, the moment the new version of you actually clicks into place, and we finish it on the new moon. This week is about creating new intentions, a new identity, space for what's possible, routines that feel alive, and your next chapter.

I'm a somatic therapist and confidence coach, but let's be honest, I'm not your average therapist. I work with women in grief, women drowning in anxiety, and women who've lost their confidence somewhere along the way and can't remember where they put it. Most of the time it's all three at once, tangled up together and dressed up in a smile that isn't real.
I'm not here to sit on the surface with you or hand you another worksheet you'll never finish. I'm going to take you into your body, because that's where all of it lives. The grief you didn't have time for, the anxiety that hums away in the background, the stuff you've been dragging around for years because nobody ever showed you how to put it down.
I know it because I've lived it. I went from wife to widow in nine months. I was 28 and 30 weeks pregnant when I lost my husband, and I've had to rebuild myself more times than I care to count since. Grief, identity loss, burnout, heartbreak, motherhood, all of it. I learnt the hard way that life doesn't have to stay small and boring just because shit happened, and since 2023 I've walked over 200 women through my 21 day challenges to find that out for themselves.
This one finishes on 9 November, on the new moon. That's the anniversary of the day Glen died, the day my whole world got flipped upside down. I didn't pick the date, the moon did. And honestly? I can't think of a better way to spend it than with a group of women who are done shrinking and ready to start again.
You don't have to be perfect for this. You just have to be willing to get honest, get into your body, and remember the woman you've always been underneath all the noise. If that's you, pull up a chair. I've got you.
If you're tired of being the strong one, come be the real one for 21 days.
Let's Claim. Clear. Create. Together.
