I know now school

If any of those lines just made your stomach drop a little, good. You're in the right place.

That's not a crisis, you are not broken. It's a starting line, and I've been walking women across it for twenty years.

Maybe you've been performing confidence so well for so long that you've forgotten it's a performance.

Maybe there's grief in you that never got its turn, because life didn't stop long enough to let you feel it. Maybe you just don't know what you want anymore, and you're sick of pretending you do.

You don't need to arrive here knowing exactly who you are or what you want. Nobody does. What you need is somewhere to actually find out, in your body, not just in your head, and not by yourself at 11pm scrolling for an answer that isn't coming.

That's what this is.

I Know Now School enrolments open August 1st - August 7th
School starts August 10th

This is for you if any of this sounds familiar

  • You're home with your kids, holding everyone else's whole world together, and somewhere along the way you lost track of your own. Nobody even noticed. That's the problem

  • You're just starting out, trying to build a life from scratch, and every bastard around you keeps asking who you are before you've had five minutes to work it out yourself.

  • You run your own business, you're bloody good at it, and you still can't say what you actually want out of it, or out of yourself, without your voice doing that wobbly thing.

  • You say yes when you mean no, then lie awake resenting everyone for taking you up on it. You said yes. Nobody made you.

  • There's a loss somewhere in you, big or small, recent or years old, that you've never actually let yourself feel because everyone needed you to keep going and you're so fucking tired of keeping going.

  • You've done the confidence tricks. The hair, the outfit, the pep talk in the mirror. None of it touched the actual thing underneath, and deep down you know it never was going to.

Confidence isn't a performance.

It's trust. It's belief before you've got the evidence to back it up. It's a muscle, and like any muscle, it gets built through knowledge and through practice, not through a new fucking haircut.

And it doesn't build in isolation. Not when there's grief sitting underneath it that's never been felt, and not when anxiety's been running the show for so long you've mistaken it for personality. You can't perform your way past either of those. You have to actually go through them, in your body, or confidence stays a costume you put on and take off depending on the room.

This School is where you build it. Properly. Slowly. In your body, not just in your head.

Why the body and Why me!

I'm a somatic therapist and a holistic counsellor. I was also a hairstylist and makeup artist for almost 20 years. Guiding women to themselves has been my life.
Here's the truth nobody tells you early enough. Your body remembers everything your mind has talked itself out of feeling. The boundary you didn't hold. The grief you shelved because there wasn't time. The anxiety you renamed as "just being a bit of a worrier." None of that stays in your head. It sits in your shoulders, your gut, your jaw, your breath. You can think your way around it for years. You can't think your way through it. At some point you actually have to go back into the body where it's stored, or it just keeps running the show quietly in the background.
That's what we're doing here.
Inside the seven weeks you'll work with breathwork, to actually change what's happening in your nervous system in real time.
Movement, because some of this will never shift while you're sitting still overthinking it. Journaling, to get the thoughts out of the loop in your head and onto the page where you can actually look at them.
Some hard truths, said straight, because you didn't come here for another gentle pep talk that changes nothing.
And release work, the part where what's been held in the body finally gets somewhere to go, instead of staying clenched forever.

Inside the school

Week 1

I Don't Know (Yet)

Starting where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Week 2

I Know It's Loud

Naming the noise so you can hear what's underneath it.

Week 3
I Know How to Listen

Reconnecting to the felt sense of yes and no in your own body.

Week 4

I Know My No

A safe place to stand, before we ask you who you are or what you want.

Week 5

I Know Who I Am

Identity work, now that you've got ground under your feet.

Week 6

I Know What I Want

Desire, named

out loud, without apologising for it.

Week 7

I Know Now

Bringing it all home,

and walking out

knowing.

How it runs

A new module unlocks in your student portal each week, plus you get your own login the moment you enrol.

Live group sessions every second week, on Zoom, where we go deeper together.

A private community of the women walking this with you, so you're never doing it alone between sessions.

Work through it at 11pm in your pyjamas or on your lunch break. It's built to fit into a real life, not replace one.

This what you will gain!

  • A felt sense of your own yes and no in your body, not just a mental checklist for setting boundaries you still can't hold under pressure.

  • Language for who you are that doesn't depend on your job title, your relationship status, or who needs you today.

  • The ability to actually notice anxiety showing up in your body before it's already made the decision for you.

  • Somewhere real to put grief that's been sitting unfelt, instead of white knuckling past it and calling that coping.

  • Clarity on what you actually want, separated out from what you've always assumed you're supposed to want.

  • Practices you'll still be using long after week seven, not a nice feeling that fades the second the course ends.

  • Knowing how to find your answers within.

  • A powerful belief and confidence in yourself.

  • Body Confidence and connection to your sensuality.

So who will be teaching me?

Me, Cass Barrie

I've been working with women for over twenty years. The tools have changed a hell of a lot in that time, I've trained, retrained, thrown out what didn't work and kept building on what did, because women don't need someone who found one method in 2006 and never looked up again. They need someone who's actually kept learning.

I went from wife to widow in nine months. I know what it is to lose the version of yourself you thought you'd be, and to have grief show up uninvited and rearrange everything. It took me over a decade to find my way back to myself, properly, in my body, not just in theory.

This School is everything those twenty years have taught me, poured into seven weeks that'll get you started properly. It won't fix everything. Nothing does that in seven weeks, and I'd be lying to you if I said otherwise. What it will do is give you real ground to stand on, and the tools to keep going after we're done.

Is this therapy?

I am a somatic therapist and holistic counsellor, so yes, that training and experience is exactly what's running underneath this program. But this School itself is a coaching container, not a 1:1 therapeutic relationship. You're getting the same depth of understanding of the body and the nervous system that I bring to my therapy work, delivered in a group format built for real transformation, not a replacement for individual clinical care if that's something you separately need.

What if I've done "the work" before and nothing stuck?

Then chances are it stayed in your head. Affirmations and journaling are part of what we do here too, they're genuinely useful tools, but on their own, without the body actually being brought into it, they can only reach so far. This School doesn't throw those tools out, it grounds them in something deeper, so they finally have somewhere to land instead of sitting on the surface.

I'm not "in touch with my body." Will I even understand what you're asking me to do?

Nobody starts this in touch with their body, that's not a prerequisite, it's the actual work. Week 3 exists specifically to teach you how to listen to yourself again. You don't need to arrive ready. You just need to arrive.

What if I miss a live session?

Life happens, kids get sick, work blows up, you forget what day it is. Every live session is recorded and lands in your portal, so missing one doesn't mean missing out. It just means you'll be doing it on your own timeline instead of live, which is fine.

How much time do I actually need each week?

Realistically, an hour or two, split however suits your life. This is built for women who are already flat out, not for women with spare time lying around. Nobody has spare time lying around. You'll fit it in around the chaos, not instead of it.

What happens after the seven weeks end?

You keep the tools. That's the actual goal, not for you to need me forever, but for you to walk out of here knowing how to do this for yourself. You'll also stay connected to the community, and if you want to go deeper on something specific, that's where working with me one on one comes in.

What if I don't want to do it in a group?

You can do the lessons privately. Sharing in the community is not a must, but it is powerful. There is also the option of working 1 on 1 with me if you feel that might be more suited to you and your needs. Please contact me [email protected]
