Sensual Self: An Afternoon of Activation

This is an invitation back into your body.

An afternoon built around pleasure, sound and movement, where your sensuality, your sexuality and your creativity get to take up space instead of being managed, minimised or explained away. We're bringing science and sensation together to demystify the female body, moving past what you know in your head and into what you can actually feel. There's sound and ritual to help release what's been sitting in your hips, your womb space, wherever tension has made a home. And there's movement, real movement, the kind that gets you out of your head and lets your body say what words can't.

No performance. No getting it right. Just permission.

Come and let go with a room full of women doing exactly the same thing. Ground down, open up, and leave lighter, softer, and a hell of a lot more you.

Saturday October 3rd 3pm, Temple Retreat, Pullenvale

Your Guides for the afternoon:

Cass Barrie Wife to widow in nine months, Cass doesn't do theory, she's lived it. Twenty years cutting hair and running salons taught her how to hold space for women before she ever called herself a therapist, and grief is what rebuilt her from the ground up. Now a somatic therapist, women's confidence coach and psychic medium working out of The Woo Woo Shed, this event comes straight out of her own journey back into her body, her sensuality and her sexuality, alongside the grief and anxiety she's had to learn to move through. She doesn't think her way into confidence, she feels her way there.

Jo Goddard, Pleasure & Intimacy Expert Jo Goddard is a leading voice in women's sensual embodiment and pleasure, and the founder of ImHER Women's Wellbeing. As a sacred sexological bodyworker and somatic educator, Jo works with women through embodied pleasure practices, bringing together anatomy, nervous system awareness and energy to help women understand the body they live in. Known as The Joy Huntress, she believes pleasure isn't something you earn or perform, it's a way of relating to yourself, and she invites women to get curious and live pleasure led.

Chelsee, Sound Bath Facilitator Chelsee's not here to make you sit pretty and pretend you're fine. She's spent five years running sound baths and women's circles built for one thing, giving you a space where the mask can come off. It's not just lying down to some nice music, it's slow and deep, built to hit the stuff you've been white knuckling through. She uses sound and a bit of ritual to help you shake loose the tension you've been carrying, so you leave with a clearer head and steadier feet. You're held in it, by her and every woman around you.
